Mike Boyle

Mike was born and raised in Southwestern Ontario and graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a Bachelor of Arts Degree. After graduation, Mike moved to Calgary where he started a successful real estate career. Wanting to continue in real estate, but also desiring to spend more time with his family, he started his own mortgage brokerage company in 1990. Mike’s love of real estate and business is evident by the growth of the Mortgage Group and the repeat clients he has. Mike is a hockey and golf enthusiast. He is a past chairman of Calgary Family Service and serves on the board for the Calgary Winter Club.

Susan Byers

Susan is a veteran of financial services with over 25 years of experience including tenures with two of the major chartered banks in Canada. Her major responsibility was in the training and supervising of new employees which has proven beneficial in the training of new associates for the Mortgage Group. Susan’s knowledge of the banking industry, and in particular, mortgage lending, has brought a wealth of knowledge to the company. Susan is an equally dedicated mother of four children and is fond of numerous outdoor activities including hiking.

Lori Grill

Lori, as with many Calgarians, comes from a different part of Canada. She was born and raised in a small town in Southwestern Manitoba. She moved to Alberta and began her career in the banking industry with the Alberta Treasury Branch and Farm Credit Corporation. Lori started her career in the mortgage brokerage business in 1990 and became a partner with the Mortgage Group in 2001. Lori’s background in the banking industry, along with her experience in the mortgage brokerage business, has enabled the Mortgage Group to grow and remain committed to their clients.

Pat Kelly

Pat is a graduate from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Arts Degree. Pat has twice served as President of the Alberta Mortgage Brokers’ Association, as well as playing an important role on the Mortgage Broker Advisory Committee from 2004 to 2007. He has also been an instructor of the Mortgage Associates’ Program at Mount Royal College since 2003. It is Pat’s commitment to the mortgage brokerage industry that is reflected in the success of the Mortgage Group and the loyalty of his clients. Pat is an avid curler and is passionate about business, his family and the community.
